Commercial Renovation and Project Management

 Trent was contracted to carry out a total renovation on an existing commercial office building which was in poor condition & on a tight timeframe. This required a large degree of initiative & skill as drawings consisted of sketches at best plus most of the work was done while we were absent so a huge leap of faith was needed.

He dealt with all the relevant subbies plus a difficult tenant with professionalism meaning less stress for us.

I can’t recommend him highly enough. We weren’t disappointed, the end result is superb.
